We JMK Smart new products were selected by the organizers of global sources Exhibition and invited to attend the lectures and exhibitions. Date : April 2024.

Joy Zhang, the founder of JMK Smart, was invited to give a speech at the global sources Exhibition in April 2024.

We JMK Smart is a professional end-to-end management manufacturing vendor for Smart Live . Our main products has Smart speaker , Smart wireless charger, Smart night lamp, Aroma Diffuser, Air Purifier. We have been in this industry for 13 years. Our factory have 10 production line, more than 150 staff, more than 200 patents, 50000pcs daily production capacity, we have 2 strong R&D department. Our booth number is 7S28.  Ms Joy have been engaged in smart home appliances industry over 13 years and served customers over 500.  As the company's sales leaders , She also an engineer who is very passionate about creating and understanding product development.

She like to create, and also like to discuss end markets and trends with foreign friends.

Before each new product is established, Firstly, we must do a user experience and market research. In the second step, our design department starts to design. We will create 5 appearances at a time. Then, we hold meeting with marketing, sale, designer, R&D department, and finally select one to enter the structural design.

After the product structure design is completed, the R & D department start the circuit board design, at the same time, it will create BOM at the first sample to make verification and test.

After the appearance and functional test, The next step is to make molds and related governance. The production schedule of this stage is 35-40 days.

After the mold is completed, we arrange verify function and structure, We will take first small batch  trial production. During the first small batch production, find out if there are any problems and areas that need improvement. Then enter the second small batch trial production. Usually, the product of the second trial production is close to perfect and can be invested in the market.
