JMK Smart's ODM customize process as below.  

Step 1：we JMKSmart’s team will start with your ideas and basic requirements. After our sales department gets the customer's requirements, we will organize the design and development department to conduct a feasibility assessment. Then a preliminary quotation scheme will be provided.

Step 2：JMKSmart’s sales department signed a confidentiality agreement ( NDA ) with customer,  then,  customer pay first phase for the design and development expenses  .

Step 3：JMKSmart’s design and development department carries out a series of work such as appearance design, structural design, software and hardware development/function realization. It takes 7 days for appearance design, 15 days for structural design and 15 days for functional realization. After 40 days, the first functional prototype with good appearance, structure and function can be provided.

Step 4：After we got customer confirms for the first functional prototype, Customer need pay mold fee 50%.  Then, we will enter to molds processing stage. It takes 35~40 days to make the mould.

Step 5： When we get the customer's first order quantity, our production planning department will purchase raw materials according to the order quantity and make a production plan.

Step 6：When the mold is finished, we will arrange T0 Trial production, The purpose of trial production is to ensure the perfect appearance and structure. At this stage, our R&D department and PE engineers will organize small batch trial production of 100 finished products. PE engineers make SOP operation instructions for mass production in the trial production stage. R&D department .

Step 7：After T1 small batch trial production stage, the engineers of the design and development department will make a project summary and transfer all document and standard to PE engineer and the production planning department.

Step 8：After the raw materials are inspected by IQC, the production planning department will arrange mass assembly production, and the quality of the whole process from manufacturing to packing will be controlled through IPQC, FQC, OQC and QA.

Step 9：When the batch order is completed, the finished product will move to warehouse , Our sales guys will inform the customer to inspect the goods and pay the final payment. When we receive the final payment, we will arrange to book a ship for customs declaration and shipment. Until the goods arrive at the customer warehouse. Then,We completed the first order delivery.
